    • I assist my mentor on site by completing various tasks.

    • Yes i have, mainly how to do breakdowns on a variety of boilers and learnt more about how to wire up systems.

    • I do enjoy the programme, its not as intense as I expected though.

    • Covid has affected the structure of the programme but it does work well regardless.

    • I don't think I get much support, the most support I get is from my mentor. My LDM is supportive but anyone higher up doesn't support me.

    • I do get some support.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

    • I haven't really changed much due to previous experience but I do feel slightly more confident.

    • No there has been nothing. Heard of thing that used to be offered as an extra activity, but nothing for us.
