    8/10

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

    6/10

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

    5/10

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • They are there to ask questions but i think there needs to be more support in place. For example, have a lesson once a month where we are taught about the book and we have more understanding

    8/10

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • It gives me more information about the insurance market but in terms of my day to day work, it doesn't give me much of an advantage.

    3/10

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • unsure

    2/10

  • 9a. Would you recommend RSA Insurance Ltd to a friend?
  • No

  • 9b. Why?
  • I would not recommend my job role because it is very stressful. There has been times where I've been abused by customers. They monitor your every move which is understandable but if you make one mistake it is held against you and prevents you from pay rise/bonus.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to RSA Insurance Ltd?
  • It takes a very long time to work your way up through the company so make sure you have a clear pathway on what you want to do in a few years and make sure you're applying for a role that you will enjoy and will be happy doing years down the line.
