  • I’m the assistant of a pub/restaurant, I run my own shifts, open up clean down, serve customers run food. Sometimes I cook the food, pour drinks and just make sure everyone is happy

  • Doing my apprenticeship has taught me that ther is more to just pulling pints in the pub game, I’ve learnt about upselling how to read customers and to just do my job better

  • I feel like I am being pushed to be the best I can be and I feel highly motivated to be the best I can be. It is a relaxed and friendly environment to work in.
