  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I find it very difficult to study this apprenticeship, there is limited support from DLS and the employer despite getting paid in full to have employees study this programme, find ways to take off the weekly hours, which causes you to use many hours of your own to study.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Limited support, continuously chasing up time owed, employer always find excuses to take time off for study leave, you are enticed into signing up and very often you have to use weekends or time off to study especially if you have exam/essay due. They will take off time and not give it back until you ask for it and will find excuses to give small amount of time back!
