  • Apprentice in Engineering department, coming up with new ideas. Designing new mechanical system, working with materials, Innovating and Experimenting with future ideas for the company to keep up the brands look of the World Luxury Car Brand

  • New skills include CAD skills and CAD Design, learning the process of creating new features, being a team leader and being involved with different departments across the business

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • Really enjoy my program, it's pushing me to think about things more and how we can enhance the options our customers are looking for. Thinking about the new age of digital

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Program is well organized, however, becasue the degree apprentice scheme is new the way the placements work isn't as good as the other scheme and we are required to do it our self with structure

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • A lot, weekly check in with my mentor and manager and HR are always on hand to support in whatever way we need it

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • The university are always on hand when we need help. Lecturers will always be available and get back to us and understand that we are working as well as doing a degree

  • I can take everything I have learnt at University and within the placement I am in at the moment can put all the knowledge into practice making my work better than it already is

  • No there's not

  • Be yourself and show them what your made of, give off a good impression and have on hand all the skills you already have. Be enthusiastic and willing to learn
