  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • My job role has been well organised and structured, helping me settle into my job role and adding in new development opportunities as I gain more skill and understanding. • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Although, initially the qualification did not help that much with my job due to working for such a large and global organisation, but as I've advanced through my qualification I've managed to find likes and benefitted from the training.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Yes, there are many extra activities that I've been able to get involved in but not as many as I would have liked to due to my own busy non work schedule. Since lockdown there has been less but we managed to do social gatherings via zoom with my department.
