train to develop skills in mechanical and electrical sides of automotive engineering
yes developed many new skills
the program has its good sides and its bad sides
the program is well structured in some areas such as training at plant but is not very well supported or organised through the college side of things
I have received some support from my employer
the support from the college is at a minimal and left to do many things on your own with no advice or help
the training through college can only help to a certain extent but you are retaught when at plant different ways
there is no mention of extra curricular activities at work
Yes
good skills to learn and for a well known company
college is not very helpful so seek advice from people at work
