  • My role includes stock control and customer team member management to provide a pleasant service for all who wish to shop with us. I make sure that the shop is run efficiently and there is stock provided for customers.

  • I have learnt new skills for management including communication with colleagues and necessary tips on stock control and importance of legislation within shops

  • I enjoyed my experience alot and have been able to gain more confidence within my work

  • It was very well structured and my tutor was extremely helpful but receiving my certificate has been a let down unfortunately

  • Alot. Aaron Hunter was incredibly supportive and offered alot of time to help whenever I struggled. If I felt I was falling behind he always took time to discuss my options and what my best way to finish would be

  • I feel I have now a huge opportunity to move to different stores and different job roles as well as improve in my current job role

  • Adequate pay, chance to make a career, learning provided, ethical food shop that cares more than just profits but making a difference in the world

  • Work hard and look for opportunities such as apprenticeship to give yourself a wider range of work in the future
