  • I am working within Strategy and Change team. I am responsible for leading projects and working on projects which involve the process of changing procedures.

  • I think it is really well organised and structured

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive as much support as possible, from my placement manager, from my Apprenticeship manager. There is always a good attitude towards helping us.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • We receive our lecturing sessions from our degree provider. From our training provider we have monthly sessions which in detail go through the programme.

  • The training which I receive, directly links into the job role.

  • At the moment no because of covid.

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • I've been working for HSBC for 4 years now, it has always been a good experience. Now on the apprenticeship scheme my experience is even better.
