  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I’m really enjoying it, the 1st part lessons were great and very informative. But not too over powering as we are able to look back and watch the lessons again online in case you forget any part with the amount of information given Weekly tasks are helping me due to not being in school environment for a long time

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I think it’s very well organised especially since it’s had to change due to Covid which is great The weekly tasks have been structured to help with the main assignments which is great in stead of having to go back to the beginning to do a task months later

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I get lots of support from my manager I get scheduled 1 day a week for uni which I’ve been able to take at home so I can concentrate just on uni and not get pulled into work, she also asks me weekly how it’s going and if I need anything she ensures I get it straight away to help

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I think the lessons are great and well structured not overwhelming and the tutor Deborah Stewart explained things well for everyone to understand and if need be she would reexplain if we didn’t get it 1 thing I feel and someone else asked the question too on the course would be some examples in how things should look it doesn’t need to be the same topic so no worries we would copy but I’ve been out of school over 15 years I haven’t had to do university level writing so some examples are extra support on these would be great

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I think it’s going to help me as it will give me a better understanding of the business and how it works from inside out Also I hope not to leave McDonald’s but if I do I will have a better business mind frame to help me develop in my career path

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
