  • I work as a customer service adviser answering calls with queries from customers about sales, service and retention of policies. i am also involved in other areas such as post task work and project work from time to time

  • I am learning about how the industry of insurance works as a whole which benefits me in my current role as i apply what i have learnt.

  • RSA a great vibe. they have a very inclusive culture and allow you to work well as an indiviaul and thrive as a team. i enjoy working and studying here

  • Very well organised and structured, i have a personal coach who is guiding me through the programme and ensuring i am achieving what is necessary

  • my employer gives me 20% of my working time to study and they also ensure i have everything i need to be successful

  • loads, we have workshops and personal 121 with m,y coach each month to check on my progress

  • i feel it is giving me a greater understanding of the bigger picture and also developing my knowledge to hopefully progress in the industry

  • normally there would be many but due to COVID, im working from home
