  • I support the relationship manager in meetings by making notes and uploading them to the correct platform, contacting customers and doing tasks for them. I also complete a learning plan. I have been developing relationships with a wider range of colleagues to build my network.

  • I am learning how to network more. I have debeloped my CPCs (trusted advisor, connected, change ready, improver innovator and critical thinker) I am also developing my skills on how to use the different platforms the bank has.

  • I enjoy my programme to a great extent.

  • My Programme has a great structure with a good plan for me to follow.

  • I recieve support daily - from different people within my team.

  • I receive a good amount of support - I have had a couple of meetings, exchanged a few emails and have received all of the information needed to complete my learning plan.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I feel that my qualification is helping me to perform better as I have more background knowledge on the bank and what brings it together.

  • I have joined a few employee led networks and events to help develop myself.

  • Yes

  • Everyone is very helpful and they make sure you are developing yourself - learning is important. It is a very inclusive bank and this is shown through its events.

  • To make sure you prepare for your interview in the STAR format and think of examples that show the best of you.
