  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • to be honest, the role job is not what i expected however, once i got an understanding of what my role was and what is actually included then i was happy. my training provider is not the best meaning that a lot of my NVQ work i still do not understand so this is not good

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Since i am the first apprentice in this role with my team. i think it is very well structured and organised from virgin media. if there was anything i was unsure about then my manager would help or find out for me. however, from my training provider i think it could be better. there is a lot of confusion around the work i am required to complete

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive alot of support from my employees. i could not ask for a better team. my manager happily helps with any questions or troubles i have. everyone in my team has taught me something new since they all have different experience. i know i can ask them anything at any time and i will get an answer

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • i do not receive much information or support. it takes a while to get an answer and the answers are not always clear. the training provider does not explain very well and just goes over the same information each time i ask how to complete something. there is a lot of confusion over the work

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • My qualification through my training provider and through my college have nothing to do with my role at all. my role is more of a project manager then a civil engineering so i am learning all about civil engineering however none of it helps in my current role at virgin media.
