  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Compared to other apprenticeships, I would say that it is a well structured programme. The college is done in a block release programme. This allows you to really study/focus on your work and not have to do a day release on site, and juggle. you are able to have a 'uni experience' as well as earning a salary. Bam education team are free to talk to any time, as well as the college.
