  • I’ve learnt lots of new skills which may involve electrical drawings, how to install new assets, how to find faults and more

  • At the start of my programme I was put with people who did not know what they were doing but in the last year I have made good progress as I have a good mentor

  • I used to have apprentice meetings every two months but haven’t had any for the last year

  • I didn’t receive much support at the start of my apprenticeship but since moving team last year I felt I have been given good support

  • I’m not really given any support from my provider but guidance to when mistakes are made on write ups
