  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I learnt a lot of new Skills about being a “team leader” or duty manager as other places call it. Though I’ve not had a chance to use the skills I’ve gained. 10 starts for the training, none for Greene king.

  • I really enjoyed the program and my trainer was great!

  • Very well organised and easy to follow.

  • Lots of support from team members already on the courses.

  • Lots and lots of support, was great feedback, good notes and very supportive.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I’m now an over qualified Waitress/bartender, hopefully I will be able to actually take on a duty manager role (again) if not with GK but somewhere els.
