I learnt a lot of new Skills about being a “team leader” or duty manager as other places call it. Though I’ve not had a chance to use the skills I’ve gained. 10 starts for the training, none for Greene king.
I really enjoyed the program and my trainer was great!
Very well organised and easy to follow.
Lots of support from team members already on the courses.
Lots and lots of support, was great feedback, good notes and very supportive.
I’m now an over qualified Waitress/bartender, hopefully I will be able to actually take on a duty manager role (again) if not with GK but somewhere els.
