  • Helping clients directly with any queries they may have. Undergoing Health & Risk work, for example renewal or market reviews. Some compliance work for clients, eg - Engagement letters, KYC. Some DC work - AGRs, re-enrolment etc.

  • Yes, lots - Phone & email etiquette, how to work efficiently, presentation skills, work management, leadership etc.

  • A great amount, always willing to offer me a hand. Also very supportive of exams and study time.

  • A great amount, always willing to help with any questions I had - especially leading up to my exams.

  • I understand the reasons behind a lot of things we do. Also allowed me to feel more confident in what I am doing.
