  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I am much better at teaching others and have gained alot of confidence when dealing with professional people

    9/10

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • It is mixed, some days better then others. It is a high stress job, which can be a lot at time, but I do generally enjoy the work.

    7/10

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Fairly well structured, I know roughly when all my exams will be for the entire programme.

    9/10

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive as much support as any employee would, and a decent amount of time off to study. It would be nice for it to be more, so I felt more confident about the exams.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Paid time off for study and the exams, which is very nice, however doing two exams at once sometimes feels like unnecessary stress

    8/10

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Some of the exams link better then others, but that is the nature of ACA. I have utilised college at work fairly often

    9/10

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • There are, they vary in quality, and more often then not they involve drinking which isn't great for everyone.

    7/10

  • 9a. Would you recommend RSM to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • It has it's problems, but it you want to study ACA, and get thrown into the deep end to learn quickly, it's a decent place to start

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to RSM?
  • Be prepared for the amount of work it is, and just be ready to feel like you don't know what you are doing for ages. You'll figure it out
