  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • On a day to day basis i speak with clients and manage their accounts. this can be anything from doing payments for them, updating their addresses, placing trades for them, or adding someone to their account. We essentially are the middle men between the clients and their advisors and are the main point of contact for queries or updates

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • The new skills i have developed are : Time management - there is always so much going on, you do get quite a lot of work and so you may end up working late hours. This combined with studying and also having a social life can be tiring therefore it is important to be able to manage your time Prioritization - As said before you can get quite a lot of work so it's important to be able to identify which tasks go where in the day and how to organize it all
