Take calls and tickets from users who require IT assistance, this can be either be a complex issue or a basic one. Other roles include, software and hardware installation.
Learned lots of new skills to do with hardware, software and networking. This can be things such as how to install different software, manage phones through a server or manage user accounts through the cloud
Get the chance to take exams to prove my knowledge as well as show it in my writing. I enjoy it very much
Very organised. I get set certain pieces of work every month with set goals to finish it for a certain date.
A lot of support. Time is put aside for me to make sure I can complete my apprenticeship work.
