  • I enjoyed the program throughly.

  • Very well, easy to follow.

  • I received as much support as I needed.

  • I received plenty of help whenever I needed it and the help was exceptional.

  • I feel it helps me preform well due to it giving me knowledge on matters I did not know about before.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Sometimes but due to Covid we haven't been able to host or attend any.

  • Yes

  • Its a great company to work with and have many career paths for people to choose and with lifetime training for the apprenticeship schemes its a no brainer.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Marston's?
  • Jump in at the deep end and broaden your horizons to other paths of work within the company.
