  • Within this role, I participate in various activities such as interviewing new potential work experience candidates, attending career fairs and giving presentations at schools to promote the benefits of BA’s career options.

  • Yes, I have particularly developed my presentation and interpersonal skills, as my role heavily involves interacting with diverse groups of people

  • I really enjoy being a part of the Bristosh Airways Student Abassador team, as I have a keen interest in the aviation industry, and my role allows me to expand my knowledge and discover new things within the aviation industry

  • Very well organised and structured as we benefit from traning and skill development sessions

  • The British Airways emerging talent team are very support and very responsive when I have any queries or concerns

  • I have benefited from various skills development and employability sessions, which have helped understand ways in which are can boost my employability skills and how to build a competitive CV. We have also received advice and tips for interviews, and how to effectively complete job applications

  • The employability sessions have definitely boosted my confidence and provided me with clarity in terms of applying for future roles

  • My role has allowed me to participate in social activities, such as group fundraising events, which has not only allowed me to get to know the other ambassadors, but also to get involved in activities such as abseiling which ave contributed to my personal development

  • To try and showcase their skills in their application, and to get involved in the group assessments at the interview stage. Also, to research the role they are applying for and to come prepared for interviews
