  • Working with young people interested in aviation and sharing a passion. Going to school and doing presentations on what careers there are within BA.

  • I love it. I’ve met people that share the same passion, are enthusiastic and interacted with adults who have given me a different perspective on the cooperate world

  • Very well organised. Efficient communication and always someone to lend a helping hand.

  • Whenever there’s a query, theyre there.

  • A lot. It’s great to know that there’s people to coach you through it and you’re not alone.

  • A lot better in the sense that I feel I’m more competent and have more knowledge going forward.
