  • analyses, design, deliver, evaluate training for our agents. i could be delivering inductions for new starters to designing new material for training

  • I knew from day one what my journey looked like and what the end goal was.

  • we have an engagement team that are always putting extra activities on for us

  • Yes

  • Because ao dont just look after the customers, they also look after their staff.

  • be yourself and not a robot. make sure you brush up on your emotional intelligence.
