  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The organisation was a bit sloppy to begin with as their were a few issues at the start, however once these had been corrected and sorted it works well. The best part is receiving your rota for the whole year and being able to plan ahead easily as you can see your days off etc

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • The support from the training provider has been all virtual which is good however it does make it slightly harder to ask more questions etc. This may be different if the covid 19 pandemic wasn't affecting the role as much. As a whole though due to lockdown I feel this is the best way.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Currently I feel that the qualification does not offer me a huge amount of knowledge to help me perform better in my role as the majority of my learning to help me perform I gain from day to day working out in the field rather than the coursework side of things

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Currently these aren't able to go ahead due to covid, however there are events and social events often within the company. These range from small socials to huge award ceremonies and conferences. These have been completed virtually and this was a successful event and allowed us to meet other apprentices accross the world.
