  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I have really enjoyed my programme and working in a completely new environment that I am not used to. Starting virtually has been a challenge but both my work colleagues and college assessors have been amazing at helping me settle in. Balancing my work and college work has been tricky at times however I have loved every minute of it

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme has been structured superbly and my managers and assessors have kept in contact with both myself and each other to ensure that The whole process has been as smooth as possible. We also have set time every week to focus on our college work and this helps ensure we are putting amount the right amount of time into both aspects of the apprenticeship.

  • My employer gives me all the support i need. Every time I get a new task, my manager makes sure that I have the required evidence to use. If I do not my manager will discuss with me to organise a task that will be suitable to use for my qualification.
