To learn, understand and help maintain the cloud services within Sage.

I'm learning new skills everyday! As well as learning I'm also refining skills that I already have and figuring out how to best use them within the Sage environment.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The whole program\experience at this point has been enjoyable, helped along by my colleagues who have been brilliant.

It has been extremely well organised. I know exactly what is expected of me.

They have been amazing and I've had offers of support, if required, every step of the way.

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I'm able to put the knowledge and information I have straight into practice through team meetings and discussions.

8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Although Covid has been a hinderance there is often discussions around when the team will be able to meet up and what we can do when the situation allows.

9a. Would you recommend Sage to a friend?

Yes

9b. Why?

The warm welcome from all. The sense of camaraderie even though I am new to the team. The positive communication from the business. All of these are reasons why I'm enjoying my time here so much already.

10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Sage?

If you feel like you would be a good fit in any role then simply apply, work hard and come with the right attitude. At that point nothing can stand in your way to success!
