  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • At work, i receive a good amiunt of support. I am quite an independant worker and therefore would rather get on with stuff however at the start of my job, my team was really helpful and supported me with learning the job, exams and helped out with coursework. The wider teams are also very helpful!

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Yes, there are lots of social networking events which happened prior to covid. • 9a. Would you recommend Aon to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • Aon is very inclusive company who welcome anyone in. They are a great employer who puts their employees first. The expierence i have gained from this apprenticeship is invaluable and the support i have received has helped guide me in to a postion where i can help out all my colleagues.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Aon?
  • Prepare well for the assessment day. This is quite a pressurising day but as long as you can show how you can work as a team as well as communicate you will be fine. Also you will need to brush up for the interview, and basically sell yourself. The onboarding experience is very good and the apprenticeship team have put a lot of time and effort in to introducing the apprentices to Aon.
