when on an engagement you speak to clients frequently when needed, you have your own tasks set daily, you complete work on different IT platforms, you have loads of contact with managers, partners and other apprentices and collegues to help guide you when stuck.
i have completed my AAT level 3 almost and gained a greater knowledge on excel and how to navigate it - alongside gaining a better understanding of auditing, what it is and what it involves.
I enjoy my programme as my team is very nice and welcoming and always willing to answer any questions i have, i have been exposed to different enviornments which has allowed me to build on a number of personal skills and its a lot of fun!
it is very organised in sense on teaching and exams and when it comes to work we have our busy seasons where youre told what is expected of you early on so nothings a shock when you may have to work a weekend or a long day.
we recieve support with anything we may need and asking for help is encouraged
we are given a set number of days with a teacher and then once that is over you can email them or contact the hub we work on to ask for help
it gives me a greater understanding of how things work behind closed doors
there are loads of groups you can join and online calls which allows you to mix with a range of people

They are a very supportive and welcoming firm - they show you how things work and introduce you to your team so you dont feel like an outsider - they let you meey other apprentices so you can build friendships within the firm and everyone is friendly and likes to chat.
