  • I am a customer service advisor, my role includes speaking to customers, identifying their needs and helping whenever I can, handling cash, maintaining my product and risk knowledge and managing my counter and training.

  • I have learned how to manage my day from start to finish, and greatly built upon my communication skills

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I have enjoyed meeting new people through the skeme and thourougly enjoyed spending time with my tutors.

  • 4. How valued do you feel by Lloyds Banking Group?
  • I don't feel as valued as i was led to beleive i would during my initial training.

  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I feel that is well organised and structured, the only issue i have had is that i am now going to be meeting my third tutor in the near future.

  • I have received all the support that i have asked for, my tutors have been fantastic

  • 6b. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I have received good support from my manager, i have been given time during working hours to complete some of my work.

  • We all feel that we should be paid more for the amount of work and responsibility we have on our shoulders.

  • There is a day to make a difference skeme which allows us to spend a day helping a charity of our choice.

  • No


  • 9b. Why?
  • We have to put up with a lot of issues in branch, some are internal and some are external. We work in a constant state of being understaffed at peak times causing stress to us all.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Lloyds Banking Group?
  • Be prepared to work harder than you have before,, you have to be ready to effectively be a manager because you are responsible for everything you do.
