  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • the programme is very organised. we have plenty of time to pass our exams, they start you off after a couple months of joining to allow time to adjust. it is mostly your responsibility on how fast you want to get through the exams and the actual apprenticeship assessment.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • it was good in terms of exam support in the apprenticeship assessment. However Kaplan don't offer mocks or lessons for the 3rd IOC exam which seemed lazy, there are a lot of options it felt like they didn't want to invest in the time to cover them all.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Fidelity International?
  • i recommend showing your personality off as that has always been a common theme when meeting people here as majority of people are super friendly. take advantaged of the qualifications as the support from learning providers is super helpful and funded by FIL.
