  • I work with public sector clients to deliver IT solutions to complex business problems. As a consultant I work with clients to understand their business processes and problems. I then follow up with proposing solutions and providing support on implementation.

  • Yes I've learnt lots of skills: Communication, Presenting, Business Analysis, Technical Amazon Web Services Skills, Architecture Expertise.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy my programme, the skills I've learnt and the topics covered. The programme has allowed me the opportunity to grow as an individual.

  • Very well organised. There is a clear reporting structure with recognition to future lectures and the expectations from the apprentices.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Lots of support. They are always there for any sort of discussion and we are guided on the best way to approach activities based on their experience.

  • Good support. We have Skills Coaches at the University who are fantastic and always welcoming on any questions.

  • I can apply the subject matters to my everyday role.

  • Yes there are. I am involved in technical communities that drive innovation within IBM.

  • It's a great place to work, there are thousands of opportunities and the support you receive is fantastic. All IBMers are very welcoming and open to help provide support.
