  • So many skills, we are constantly being offered education and training courses to improve our skills such as client conversations.

  • I really enjoy my programme, it is such a good opportunity

  • Very well organised, work is very understanding of my university commitment and whenever anything new appears, we are made aware.

  • So much, I have a foundation manager who supports me with university and work as well as line manager who is always supportive and happy to answer questions. I also have a good relationship with the team lead who is always supportive

  • At university there are always drop in sessions available for support, there is an email where any questions can be sent as well as the tutors being supportive.

  • Very well, my business management degree has given me skills that can be applicable to any scenario within a workplace

  • There are always events being advertised within the foundation community such as quiz nights and virtual drinks

  • Do it, it's so worth a shot, put time into your application and make it count, IBM is a great place to be
