Day to day basis I’m always learning new skills and developing my knowledge.. reading plans, helping colleagues and also being left to complete jobs independently.
Since I started in September 2020 I have learnt an entire new range of skills to what I had previously, advancing my welding knowledge and also learning new fabricating skills.
The programme is brilliant no issues with it at all.
Very well organised and structured I know what I’m doing day to day and have goals and achievements to complete in the short and long run.
I receive full support of my employer.
I receive huge amounts of support practically and theoretically, I’m making great progress towards my qualification.
Having a training provider like cementation-skanska allows me to learn a much larger range of skills and gain much more knowledge of the industry then I would anywhere else.
I’m not aware there are social activities etc.. as I joined during covid so it’s likely they will not be advertised.
Yes
Skanska and cementation skanska are industry leaders that I think are committed to the next generation of this industry.. the support and skills I have learnt are brilliant.
Always Give one hundred percent effort and always be motivated and results will show.
