  • I help and support project managers with running and tracking their projects. I track things like milestones, governance, record management, meetings, packs and finances. I also work to generate a Great Place to Work.

  • I have developed many skills including excel and public speaking.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I found the Programme really helpful and well adjusted to covid 19 and working from home.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • NatWest carried out all of their organisation to the best of their abilities. However, BPP could improve in a variety of places including, organisation as a few webinars did not go ahead or we were not told that they were cancelled.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • My employer was amazing and I had no doubt that my apprenticeship came first no matter what. I knew that I could speak to anyone and ask questions with out feeling worried to do so.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • The documentation provided was to a high level and helped explain exactly what was needed to achieve both a pass or distinction.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • My qualification suits what I do in my role to a T. I can relate every aspect of the course to something that I do or am involved with.

  • There are loads, from apprentice councils, great place to work activities, volunteering days, climate change support and challenges designed to develop your skills in ways you didn't know were possible.

  • Yes

  • They are supportive and helpful. They make you feel part of the team from day one.
