  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • My programme is very organised with set appointments and tasks that are being filtered through at a steady pace. • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • Marston's is a fair and safe environment whether it be for a first job or a last. There are always opportunities to further learn certain skills either through an apprenticeship program or a promotion within the pub team. It is also a great place to start learning basic skills such as confidence and team work.

  • Always to remember that one bad day isn't the end of the world. The best thing to do is to keep a clear and calm head and try to remain as confidence, professional and friendly as possible. Always service with a smile and to keep learning and be open to new ideas.
