  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The apprenticeship program has been very well organised in all aspects, from the colleges behalf, from a Human Resources stand point and of course from the tooling management and the department as a whole. In my experience apprentices are always put to work with a meaningful task and kept busy

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • This is where I personally have actively used the most support, for example my training provider will always be available for me to ask a question and, or ask for advice about the task given to help completion of the qualification to be as smooth as possible and if they can’t help they will always know someone who can.

  • I feel like my qualifications have taught me many crucial aspects needed for my job day to day, and it also gave me the opportunity to learn from any of my mistakes made outside of the workplace so that I can adjust my way of working and processes to avoid these mistakes.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Yes there are always some great opportunities for challenges and social engagement, my personal favourite is the annual mountain challenge. My year has entered the mountain challenge 3 times and every time has been better than the last. Competing against other teams within BMW Group it’s a great way to network, have fun and exercise
