  • 9a. Would you recommend Care UK Limited to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • Within all of my previous careers I have never found a place I felt truly welcomed, our home is a true family, I couldn’t be more proud of our work family and the team I work with on a daily basis, we all have each other’s back, we have our own ways of learning, we know we can talk to anyone about anything and not feel like walking on eggshells about anything, our family is special, our family isn’t as big and our home isn’t as impressive as other care uk homes however, we make it the best place possible for the individuals in our care.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Care UK Limited?
  • You will have good days and you will have bad days, however don’t let the bad days be the decider for how the company or the care home works, in more occasions than many, decisions are made by head office who over rule the home, that’s why it’s the team you work with that keep you strong.
