Whilst the program was not easy by any means, the whole experience was utterly amazing and applying was easily one of the best decisions I've ever made.
As well organised/structured as it possibly could be! We received a documents with all the information we could possibly need on it but we also could easily contact one of our managers with any questions.
There was always someone who was able to help me with any questions or problems I needed help with.
It was the same as my employer really, there was always someone who was able to help me with any questions or problems I needed help with.
My qualification was definitely helped me to perform better in your role as it gave me most of the skills and knowledge I need to do my job and these skills were strengthen with all the training provided by the BBC.
Yes, there is an unreal amount of extra-curricular activities that staff can choose to participate in.
Yes
The BBC treats it's employees with respect and the made the whole apprentice experience unforgettable. I've learnt so much in such a short period of time. I'd also like to add, as a disabled women, I've also never felt that I've been shoved to the side or never felt that the BBC is inaccessible. They have made every effort to make sure that I am able to work to the best of my ability.
Good Luck! Remember to be yourself and do your research before applying and before the interview!!!!
