  • Yes, the apprenticeship is supporting me in developing my coaching skills through effective listening and questions.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • The programme is well supported with online tools and webinars. Having recently completed a post graduate qualification, I am used to more structure than is provided by this programme. I am therefore creating this myself

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • It has a clear structure, I can review this anytime via the online portal which is used alongside the webinars and supervisory sessions. I like structure within my approach, I am therefore adding more structure around this to suit my needs.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • As much or as little as I need from my manager. I have the ability to manage my own diary and therefore I can create time I need within my day to develop. My employer provides many resources on Coaching and, we have an internal network of coaches to support each other.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • As much or as little as I need again, online resources available 24/7, chat and forum facilities provide good support. Also administration team are available and answer all questions promptly.

  • Coaching skills are fundamental for both personal and professional performance, enhancing these skills will only ever be beneficial to me and those around me.

  • Yes, there is a sports and social club, a number of employee networks and companywide initiatives and projects.

  • Yes

  • Ethical approach, Inclusive and fair place to work. Lots of opportunities to progress as well as for development. Teams are helpful and knowledgeable.
