I have learnt the knowledge to become a supervisor and developed on existing skills
I enjoyed university life, getting together with others on the same course, work with each other towards assignments, feed off each other with ideas and solutions
It was well organised at Solent and was well supported by university staff.
My employer was very supportive and allowed me time off my work place to study and go on placements
There was always an opportunity to get support, even though in the 2nd year it was not face to face due to Covid.
I have gained so much more knowledge which will enable me to perform to the best of my ability. I have grown as a person and feel more confident.
Yes, but they are limited at the moment and often held on Teams. Virgin Pulse is used every year which enables us to challenge each other with activities, ie step counts

I have worked for the NHS for over 10 years, it is a great organisation to work for, I have received support through bereavement and through my training.
