  • My day to day work involves replenishing of stock in the store, dealing with customers and making sure they’re happy. I also deal with cash daily.

  • I have learnt communication. I am more confident at communicating with the public.

  • I have a good giggle with my trainer although learn a lot in the process.

  • Very well structured. I have sections to complete in a decent time scale.

  • My employer is behind me 110% any help I need they are there to assist.

  • As much help as required

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I perform extremely well now. Better than before. Even from the few months I’ve been training I can see a difference in my work.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • At the moment due to covid we can’t really do much. And I was transferred during the pandemic so haven’t been able to do anything with the new guys I work with

  • Yes

  • Friendly atmosphere. More of a little family that colleagues.
