A major part of my role is following procedures, rules, regulations, and legislation, which [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] does very well. There is a procedure for all tasks I complete daily, for example ensuring that reports are filed correctly, and the relevant people are notified. Another example of how I follows legislation is by adhering to the General Data Protection Regulation. I handles personal data, such as Conductor’s personal details, as well as their Next of Kin. I ensures this data is stored in protected locations, where only the relevant people can access it. I will also ensure that she deletes and/or shreds any personal data, to prevent it reaching anyone who isn’t meant to see. I am also a minute taker and will often sit and take notes of private and confidential meetings. There are rules for this meeting, which I will follow, and again will abide by Data Protection by ensuring documents are protected, and not speaking to anyone else about the meetings.
An adaption that I have made is in terms of her communication within a work environment. ]I have improved on my professional language and the way to write for example an email, improving her literacy skills and making the sentences flow and sound more professional.
