  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • To begin with the organizational side was quite poor. There wasn't much structure and I often felt forgotten. However, as time went on this soon changed and I now feel a part of a very successful team. The organization has since improved due to us voicing our opinions and them being listened to.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • To be honest, I haven't really applied any of the work from the training provider in my role. The only thing I can honestly take away from it and say that I've used is the health and safety side as that is used and practiced on a daily basis.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Before Covid there were many extra curricular activities to participate in. However, due to current circumstances, these have had to be cancelled. With the world slowly going back to normal, I feel as though people will start to arrange more things to do outside of work to bring back the social aspect.
