  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Yes I have learnt many new skills in this role, understanding the order management side of the business from cradle to grave and how the other departments link together in the order process. • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I really enjoy my programme. It has really helped to strengthen my growth as an individual and push me to limits that I didn't know I could reach as it has been a few years since I attended any formal education. I would highly recommend the programme to both individuals leaving school and those already in a business setting as it has so much to offer.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme is organised and structured well. At the beginning of each academic year we are provided with dates of uni days and a plan of what modules will be covered and who our lecturer will be. These dates do however seem to change quite a bit which can be annoying when pre planning with my team for holidays/ work cover etc.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive as much support as I need from my line manager and immediate team. They are willing to set time aside to go through any uni work I need help with and are happy to set me any projects I ask for which will aid my degree. This is always much appreciated.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I receive support from my training provider when working towards a task, however this isn't always as much as I would like. I have discovered th Library help which my uni has to offer, which has been really useful, they do 1-2-1 session and calls whenever I need assistance or anything looking over before I submit my work.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I think it does help quite a lot, I find myself using key skills from my uni session in day to day life when working with my team and other teams, especially when running meetings and working against an agenda. It has also helped with confidence when approaching difficult situations.
