  • my role is answering calls from customer, and helping them with any query's or problems they may have with sky package and also making sure i offer the best products available so customer is getting the best value with ourselves

  • i've learnt new skills when working with computers and i am also developing my social skills and being confident when speaking to customers

  • i really enjoy my programme i think there is a great balance or work and learning

  • the programme is very well structed and the focus and and end goal is clear

  • i receive lots of support from my employer whenever i have any problems on calls i can ask for help and will always receive it

  • i receive a good amount of support, everything we need to do and learn is set out clearly and help is always offerred

  • i feel like my qualification helps my development in my role as i get a chance to talk about what im learning and how i can develop more in my role

  • sky offer lots of out of work activities, such as fun days like dressing up for st patricks day they also have a gym and work out classes.

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • because it is a fun welcoming enviroment and there is lots of support within my own team and even with other employees everyone is friendly and wants to help each other


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Sky?
  • be confident and prepare well for interview my researching the company its self during the interview be yourself and have fun everyone is so welcoming and you will gain experience so quickly even within in the training
