  • I’m an openreach engineer and my job role is, to fit fibre boardband to customers properties.

  • I’m learning new skills all the time, which is helping me in my new job role. It’s also helped me develop my existing skills.

  • Everyday is completely different and throws up new challenges, which I love to problem solve out thing’s out.

  • Very organised, I know what I’m doing and when to do it.

  • I have all the support I need, which is fantastic.

  • I get all support I need and if I need any help, all I have to is ask.

  • Without my qualification, I wouldn’t know where to start, it’s going to help perform so much better in my role.

  • Yes, after Covid-19.
