  • I am a customer service advisor with sky. I am part of the tech team that deals with solving customer issues that can be Broadband and tv issues

  • I have learnt how to communicate a lot better on the phone and how to empathise with customers a lot better.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy the programme as it allows me to gain valuable on the job experience as well as learning how to give the best service.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme could do with a bit more time to do our studies. It is quite hard to find the time to balance the job and the learning side.

  • I have received a lot of support from my employer. There is always someone available to answer any questions i have.

  • i have a monthly meeting with them and they are always available to email if we have any queries

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • This give me a lot of information and help as I came from a non customer facing role so everything is new to me. This gives me a lot of information that i can use when on the calls

  • Yes the team at sky arrange things. These are done virtually at the moment. This included bongos bingos and quizzes
