  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Yes I have become much more confident in this roll and have learnt how to speak to customers. When I first started I wouldn't know what to say or do to or around customers but having worked there for 2 and a half years I have watched my colleges and picked up ways to speak to My customers.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • It got a little but ruined due to the covid 19 pandemic but apart from that and having to wait around to be aloud to have one on one meetings again it has been great the online platform is very easy to use and makes the whole experience much easier.

  • 9a. Would you recommend Whitbread to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • They really value and look after there staff. For example after this lockdown even with the amount off money whitbread will have lost they are still giving £50-£100 to every member of staff on the app called achivers. On this tlu can be given money and also mention people and tell them somthing good they may have done for the team.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Whitbread?
  • Apply on indeed and have a good positive attitude and you should be fine. Dress smart and show that your ready and willing to learn if needs be. You cant be lazy and you have to be a team player otherwise you won't get alone with the values everyone there has.
