  • Job involves connecting new customers to virgin media services such as broadband, telephone and tv. Or fixing issues with current customers ensuring they are getting the services they paid for.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Started job not knowing anything about this role now learning to do this job has taught me many skills from electronics to connectivity and construction and just learning about how everything works and gaining an understanding. Also has developed my problem solving skills massively.

  • Enjoy it thoroughly as there is a lot to learn and I am excited as to where I progress during and after this.

  • Very good structure and organisation. Easy communication within company.

  • A lot of support available just a call, text or email away.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • A lot of support and easy to contact. Plus there is a 3 week period where you have to speak with training provider to ensure you are on track.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I feel like this job is more learn-whilst- doing so I feel like the apprenticeship side doesn't really help with the actual job itself, however it does help your understanding about what you are doing when you review your day to day tasks.

  • There are lots of different social activities that virgin offer which are usually done through online calls outside of work.

  • Yes

  • Good services Best broadband speeds Good team so customers will be treated well as virgin cares a lot about its customers

  • Have an open mind about learning new and difficult things and also have a positive mindset as there will be difficult situations but nothing you can't overcome
